Refund Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
Our order process is conducted by Paddle.com, the merchant of record for all our orders. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
Payment in advance
Plans are paid in advance, for one month or for one year in a single payment, and Pro is activated only after the payment is confirmed. Your plan renews automatically until you cancel; cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
1-day trial
The $1 trial is a payment for 1 day of Pro and is not refundable, whether or not you use it. Before you pay, the checkout page shows that, when the trial ends, the plan you chose (monthly or yearly) starts automatically and is charged to the same card, and it asks you to confirm that you understand. We also email you when the trial starts and about 12 hours before the first charge, with the date and the amount. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the plan payment is charged and, like every other payment, it is not refundable; this includes the yearly plan if you forget to cancel. You can avoid it by cancelling in your account at any time before the trial ends, and you keep Pro until the trial ends. The trial is available once per account, and one card can be used on one account only. The $1 trial does not generate a commission in the referral program.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to support@silvercapitalsystems.com. Cancelling stops the renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and we do not give partial refunds for unused time.
When a refund applies
Service failure. If the Service does not work as described because of a fault on our side, this is the process:
- Open a ticket. From your account, go to Help & support, choose Open a ticket and select Service failure. Describe what fails and give the evidence: what you did, the page or profile involved, the exact error or what you see instead, the date and time, and your browser. Tickets are text only, so describe screenshots in words.
- We have 7 days to fix it. The 7 days count from the day we receive the ticket. We will reply, ask for more information if needed, and work on a fix.
- Refund if it is not fixed. If after those 7 days the failure is still not fixed, you qualify for a refund of the payment for your current period. We process it ourselves, through Paddle, to your original payment method, without you having to ask again.
Failures caused by your device, browser or network, by a platform outage, by misuse of the Service, or on a suspended account are not covered.
- Legal rights and Paddle: where the law of your country gives you a right to withdraw or to a refund, that right applies. Paddle may also grant a refund under its own refund policy.
- Billing errors: if you think you were charged by mistake, write to us within 90 days of the charge and we will look into it.
When a refund does not apply
Refunds are not given for cancelling, for not using the Service, for deleting your account, for a change of mind, or when we suspend or terminate an account for breaching the Terms of Service, including account sharing or evasion of the usage rules.
After a refund
When a refund is processed, the Pro plan is turned off and the account returns to the free plan.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have in your country.
