Affiliate Program Terms

These terms apply to the OutlierFeed referral program (the "Program"), run by Silvia Peña, trading as Silver Capital Systems, Peru ("we", "us"). They are part of our Terms of Service. By accepting them in your account panel you join the Program.
1. Who can join
Anyone with an OutlierFeed account can join for free from the Referrals section of the account panel. There is no limit on the number of people you can refer. We may refuse or close any program account that breaks these terms.
2. Your referral link
When you join we create one personal link for you. It never changes. You share the link, not a code. When a person opens your link, a small cookie remembers it for 45 days. If that person opens another referral link during those 45 days, the last link they opened is the one that counts.
3. Who counts as your referral
A person becomes your referral when they make their first payment for Pro (the $1 trial included) after opening your link. From then on that person stays linked to you for as long as their account exists. Another referral link opened later does not change this. A person cannot be referred by themselves, and one person cannot count more than once: accounts that share the same payment card, or that belong to the same person, are counted once.
4. Commission
- 30% of each payment your referrals make for the Pro plan (price without taxes), for as long as they keep paying.
- 35% once 20 of your referrals have been confirmed, and 40% once 100 have been confirmed. 40% is the maximum.
- The $1 trial does not earn a commission. The commission starts with the first payment of the plan.
- We may change the number of referrals needed for each level, or the percentages, for the future. A level you already reached is kept. A change only applies to levels you have not reached yet.
5. When a commission is confirmed
Each commission is confirmed 40 days after the payment it comes from. Until then it is shown as pending. A referral counts toward your next level when the commission of their first plan payment is confirmed. That commission is calculated with your level at that moment. The new percentage applies to the commissions confirmed after it, including pending commissions of your earlier referrals.
If the payment is refunded, disputed or charged back, the commission is cancelled. If that happens after the commission was confirmed, the amount is deducted from your balance and, if the balance is not enough, from your next commissions. Cancelling a subscription renewal does not cancel the commission of a payment that was already made.
6. Withdrawals
- You can withdraw your confirmed balance from $50, in whole dollars, with Payoneer. Other methods may be added later.
- You request the withdrawal from the Referrals section. We review requests within 48 hours.
- Fees charged by Payoneer or by any other payment method are paid by the person who receives the money and are deducted from the payment.
- All amounts are in US dollars. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings.
7. Rules
You may not: refer yourself or create several accounts to earn commissions; use a false identity, other people's cards or any trick to create referrals; send spam; make false or misleading claims about OutlierFeed or about what it earns; or use our brand to look like us. Share your link honestly and say it is a referral link when it is not obvious.
8. Closing a program account
If you delete your account. Your dashboard data is removed. Your pending and available commissions are put on hold and you can no longer withdraw them, so withdraw your balance first. If you think there was a mistake, write to us and we will review it. We keep our financial and anti-abuse records, and you cannot sign in with the same email for 90 days. People you referred stay linked to you.
If we confirm abuse of the Program we may close your program account. When that happens, pending and available commissions are put on hold and you lose the accumulated balance. This is for confirmed abuse, which we expect to be rare. We may also close the Program or change these terms; we will publish the new date here and, if you are affected, you will be asked to accept the new terms before you keep using the Program.
9. Your data
We keep the data needed to run the Program: your link, referrals counted by account, commissions, and the Payoneer email you give us when you withdraw. We do not show you the email or name of the people you refer. See our Privacy Policy.
