Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Silvia Peña, trading as Silver Capital Systems, Peru ("we", "us"). They apply to OutlierFeed, to our other software products, and to this website (together, the "Service"). By installing or using the Service, or by creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
OutlierFeed is a browser extension that helps you sort and filter public social media content that you are already viewing, and export the numbers it displays. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or any other platform. Product names and logos of those platforms belong to their owners.
2. Licence
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the Service for your own personal or business use. We keep all rights in the Service, including its software, design, name and logos. You may not copy, resell, rent, sublicense or host the Service; reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with it or with its licensing and plan checks; scrape or overload our servers; or use it in a way that lets other people use your account.
3. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to buy a plan. A free account is not required to use the free plan. Pro features require an account, which you create by continuing with Google or with your email. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity you did not perform or know about, and for keeping your sign-in methods and email access secure. One account is for one person: you must not share your account information or let others use it. Tell us promptly if you think your account was used without your permission.
4. Computers and plan use
A Pro plan can be connected to up to two computers, but it can be used on only one computer at a time. When you start using Pro on a computer while it is in use on another, the other computer switches to the free plan immediately and its running analysis stops. Connecting a third computer disconnects the one used least recently. We record connection and plan-use events to apply these rules.
5. Plans, prices and payment
- Prices. The plans and prices are shown on the pricing page. Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly plan. Prices are in US dollars and taxes may be added at checkout.
- Payment in advance. Every plan is paid in advance for the period you choose (one month, or the whole year in a single payment). Pro is activated, and time is added to your account, only after the payment has been confirmed. Without a confirmed payment there is no Pro access.
- Automatic renewal. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each period, and the renewal is charged in advance, until you cancel. We may change the price at a renewal; we will tell you beforehand and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Merchant of record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the merchant of record for all orders. Paddle handles payment, taxes, invoicing and refunds, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Pro is suspended and your account returns to the free plan until payment is received.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the automatic renewal, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling, not using the Service, deleting your account or having your account suspended does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid. The exception is a service failure that we do not fix within 7 days of your ticket, and any refund that the law or Paddle's policy requires. The process is in our Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with the terms of the platforms you use it on. You must not use it for illegal activity, to harass or harm others, to spread malware, spam or fraud, to collect personal data about private individuals, or to bypass limits or restrictions. You are responsible for how you use the information you export, including respecting the rights of content owners and applicable privacy laws.
8. Account sharing, evasion, suspension and termination
The rules in sections 3 and 4 keep the Service fair and affordable. Sharing, renting or reselling an account or its access, connecting it to many computers, alternating or automated use to get around the one-computer-at-a-time rule, copying installation data between computers, and any attempt to evade or circumvent these rules, are breaches of these terms.
We may, at any time and without prior notice, limit, suspend or terminate your access and your account if you breach these terms, if a payment is not made or is reversed, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we are required to by law. We may also end free or complimentary access at any time. This is our service and we may do so to protect it and its other users. When we suspend an account because of suspected sharing or evasion we keep the connection records described in our Privacy Policy, and you can write to support@silvercapitalsystems.com to ask for a review; we may use those records to explain our decision. After termination you lose access to paid features and the Service may stop working on your computers without notice. Where the breach is clear, we are not obliged to refund the remaining period.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Changes to the Service and to these terms
Websites change, and the Service may stop working or change without notice when a platform changes its pages. We may update the Service and these terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for important changes, tell you by email or in the product. Changes do not apply to disputes that arose before they were posted. If you do not agree with the changes, stop using the Service and cancel your plan; continued use means you accept them.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always compatible with the platforms it works on, and you use it at your own risk, including the risk of data loss. Your rights under consumer laws that cannot be excluded are not affected.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us in the three months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or death or personal injury.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that come from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your breach of a platform's terms or of the law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules and without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence. Please write to us first so we can try to resolve any dispute in good faith. If we cannot, the courts of Lima, Peru, have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
14. General
These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, we do not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours as part of a business sale or reorganisation. These terms are written in English, and the English version prevails over any translation.
