Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 27, 2026
This policy explains what OutlierFeed, our other products and this website collect and how we use it. The controller is Silvia Peña, trading as Silver Capital Systems, Peru. Contact: support@silvercapitalsystems.com.
What stays in your browser
While you browse, the extension reads numbers that the page already shows (views, likes, comments, publication date, thumbnail link and whether a video is pinned) and stores them in your browser's local storage so it can rank them. This data is not sent to us or to any third party. You can delete it from the extension at any time or by removing the extension.
What we collect
- Account (only if you sign in): your email address and your plan status. If you use Google sign-in, we receive your verified email address from Google.
- Installation identifier: a random identifier created by the extension (or, if you sign in on this website, saved in your browser's local storage), used to link a signed-in session to a browser and to apply the usage rules.
- Connection and plan-use records: when a computer connects to an account or starts using a plan, with its IP address, installation identifier and time. We keep them to apply the usage rules, detect account sharing and resale, and review suspensions.
- Support messages: if you open a ticket or write to us, the text you send, your email and the ticket code.
- Technical data: your IP address in server logs and for rate limiting, kept for a short time for security.
We do not collect your Instagram, TikTok or Facebook credentials, your browsing history, or the content of your accounts. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the merchant of record. Paddle collects the payment details and billing information under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the email used. We never see your card number.
Why we use it
To provide sign-in, activate and verify your plan, apply the usage rules and prevent fraud, send you your sign-in code and support replies, respond to support requests, meet legal and tax obligations, and keep the Service secure.
Service providers and transfers
Paddle (payments), Google (if you choose Google sign-in), our email delivery provider (sign-in codes and support emails) and our hosting provider. These providers may process data outside your country; we only share what is needed for the service they provide.
Retention and deletion
We keep account data while your account exists, and connection records for as long as needed to apply the usage rules and handle disputes. When you ask us to delete your account we delete it within a reasonable time, except records we must keep for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, download or delete your data, or object to certain uses, by writing to support@silvercapitalsystems.com or from your account page. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS, limit access to the database, apply rate limits and keep backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Chrome Web Store limited use
The use of information received from the browser complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use the data to provide the extension's single purpose: sorting and filtering the content you are viewing.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in on this website, it saves a random identifier in your browser's local storage so it remembers your sign-in until you log out.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. For important changes we will tell you by email or in the product.
