Getting started
- Install the extension from your browser's store: Chrome Web Store, Edge Add-ons, Firefox Add-ons or Opera add-ons (the store links will be on the product page at launch). It works on desktop browsers.
- Open Instagram, TikTok or Facebook, sign in as you normally do, and visit a profile. On Instagram and Facebook open the profile's Reels tab; on TikTok stay on the profile's video grid.
- Click the extension icon in the toolbar, pick a range and choose a sort. The page loads the videos and a ranked grid appears.
The free plan works right away, with no account.
Sorting and filters
The extension window has two tabs:
- Posts: choose how many of the latest posts to rank.
- Date: choose how far back to look.
Sort options: Likes, Views, Outlier score (how far a video is above the profile's typical views), Comments, Newest and Oldest. Once the ranked grid is open you can change the sort from the Sort by menu, hide pinned videos, export to CSV, or choose Clear all to go back to the normal page. Click any video to open it on its platform.
Loading videos
To rank a profile, the page has to load its videos. The extension scrolls for you, at a gentle pace, and shows a spinner with the number of videos found so far. Do not scroll while it works. You can:
- Pause: stop loading and see the ranked grid with what was found so far. A round button with a play icon stays on the page; hover over it to read Continue scanning and click it to load more.
- Stop: stop loading and see what was found, with no way to continue (start again from the extension to load more).
Nothing already loaded is lost when you pause or stop.
Batches of about 100 videos. On Instagram, TikTok and Facebook the extension pauses by itself every time it has loaded more than 100 videos. A message at the top of the grid says how many were loaded (for example "The first 112 videos were loaded. Do you want to load the next 100+?"). Choose Yes, load the next 100+ to confirm and scan the next batch; it waits a few seconds before it starts again. We recommend working in batches: very long, uninterrupted scrolling can look like unusual activity to social networks, which may slow or limit your session. Take breaks between profiles too.
If the page stops sending videos, the extension stops by itself and tells you how many it found. That is either the end of the profile's list or a temporary limit on the platform's side; try again in a few minutes.
How the ranking works
Instagram, TikTok and Facebook deliver a profile from the newest video to the oldest. The extension ranks only the videos it has loaded so far in the range you chose. Older videos that have not been loaded yet are not in the ranking, but as soon as they load they enter it: if an older video is very popular, it appears among the top results after you continue loading. Load the whole profile to rank everything.
Free and Pro
Free shows the latest 40 posts (Posts tab) or the last 15 days (Date tab), with every sort and CSV export, and needs no account. Pro removes those limits: every post, any amount or date range. Prices and details are on the pricing page.
Account and devices
You only need an account for Pro. Continue with Google (you always choose the account yourself) or with your email (we send you a 6-digit code). Open the account page from the extension (tap the account email or Sign in in the extension window) or from the Sign in link at the top of this website. The account page shows your plan, devices, help and support tickets.
- One account per browser. The extension and this website share the same sign-in. If you sign in with another account, the previous one is disconnected and the new one takes its place right away.
- Up to two computers, one in use at a time (Pro). If you start a scan on a computer while Pro is in use on another, the extension asks whether to use it here; if you accept, the other computer switches to the free plan immediately and its scan stops. Connecting a third computer disconnects the one used least recently.
- An account is for one person. Sharing or reselling an account can lead to suspension without notice (see the Terms).
Billing
- In the extension choose Get Pro. The pricing page opens; pick Monthly or Yearly.
- Sign in with Google or email if you are not signed in yet, then you go straight to the payment page. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; taxes are calculated for your country.
- After you pay, Pro turns on by itself in the extension within a few seconds. You do not need to reinstall or sign in again. Paddle emails you the receipt.
Plans are paid in advance (one month, or the whole year in a single payment) and renew automatically until you cancel. To cancel or get an invoice use the link in your Paddle receipt, or write to support@silvercapitalsystems.com. After cancelling, Pro stays active until the end of the paid period and then your account returns to Free. If a renewal payment fails, Pro is suspended until it is paid. Export
Click Export in the ranked view to download a CSV with the video link, views, likes, comments, outlier score and date. It opens in Excel and Google Sheets.
Support
From your account page, choose Help & support and then Open a ticket. Tickets are plain text (up to 1000 words) and you get a tracking code. Write to us about a question, a problem, or an idea you would like us to build; we welcome suggestions. You can have up to 2 open tickets at a time. For a service failure, choose the Service failure type and describe what fails; see the refund policy for the process. You can also write to support@silvercapitalsystems.com. We usually reply within one business day.
FAQ
Does it need my Instagram, TikTok or Facebook password?
No. It works with the page you already have open and never asks for your password.
Does it post, follow or like for me?
No. It only reads the numbers the page already shows. It does not download videos or photos.
Where is my data stored?
The video numbers stay in your browser. If you sign in we store your email, your plan and connection records (see the privacy policy).
Which browsers does it work on?
Desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Opera, and other Chromium-based browsers such as Brave. It does not work on phones.
I paid but I still see the free plan.
Pro turns on within a few seconds. Open the extension window again (or switch back to the Instagram, TikTok or Facebook tab). Make sure the extension is signed in with the same account you paid with. If it does not change, write to support@silvercapitalsystems.com with your email.
Why is Pro off on this computer?
Your account is being used on another computer. Start a scan here and accept the prompt to take it over, or wait until the other computer finishes.
Why did the scan stop by itself?
Either the profile has no more videos, or the platform stopped sending them (a temporary limit). The extension tells you how many it found. Wait a few minutes and continue.
Why does it pause every 100 videos?
To keep the scan gentle and avoid unusual activity on your account. Confirm to continue with the next batch.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in your Paddle receipt or write to support@silvercapitalsystems.com. Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
TikTok shows "Access denied" (403) after a long scan
TikTok can flag a browser session after a lot of automatic scrolling. Open tiktok.com in a private window to check: if it works there, clear the cookies and site data for tiktok.com in your normal window (Chrome settings, Privacy, Site settings, View permissions and data stored across sites, search tiktok.com) and sign in again. Scan in batches of about 100 videos and take breaks to avoid it.
